KinSync has real-time safety monitoring. If distress, confusion, medication concerns, or safety risks are detected, the designated caregiver receives an immediate alert. Escalation is always to a human - KinSync does not contact emergency services directly.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are PHIPA compliant. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than providing your family's service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Pricing questions answered

Not during the pilot. All plans are free for our 50 founding pilot families. Billing only begins when KinSync publicly launches, and you'll have 30 days notice before your first charge.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and you retain access through the end of your billing period.
Annual billing will be available at public launch with 2 months free (equivalent to ~17% discount). This will be offered first to pilot families.
Potentially - the credit allows eligible caregivers to offset 25% of qualifying senior care expenses, which may include KinSync subscriptions depending on your situation. We recommend consulting a tax professional.
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We will also support direct bank transfers for B2B institutional plans.
